Harriett Seager
MA BSc MBACP

integrative psychotherapist

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, thoughtful and collaborative space for adults and young people aged 12 and over. My approach is grounded in humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy, tailored to each client’s individual needs. Before retraining as a therapist, I spent many years working in psychology and medical journalism, specialising in mental health and wellbeing. This background continues to inform my compassionate, reflective and evidence-based approach to therapy. As the photo suggests, I love the outdoors and spend a lot of time walking my two dogs.
