Harriett Seager
MA BSc MBACP (Accred)

integrative psychotherapist

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, thoughtful and collaborative space for adults and young people aged 12 and over.

My approach draws on a number of therapeutic modalities including: humanistic, psychodynamic, existential and cognitive behavioural therapy, tailored to each person’s individual needs.

Before retraining as a therapist, I spent many years working in medical and mental health journalism. That background continues to inform a compassionate, reflective and evidence-based approach to my work.

As the photo suggests, I love being outdoors and spend a lot of time walking my two dogs.
