Relationship Therapy in East Grinstead
Relationships can be a source of connection and support, but they can also leave us feeling confused, hurt, lonely or stuck. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns, struggling to communicate your needs, worrying about rejection or finding it difficult to trust or feel close to other people.
I work with adults and young people experiencing difficulties in relationships with partners, family members, friends or others. You might be dealing with conflict, separation or divorce, changing family relationships, difficulties with boundaries, people-pleasing, attachment or the impact of past relationships on your life now.
Therapy offers a space to explore these patterns without judgement. Together, we can look at how earlier experiences and relationships may have shaped your expectations of yourself and others, as well as what happens in your relationships in the present.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to you. Our work might involve developing greater awareness of relationship patterns, understanding your emotional responses, exploring boundaries and communication, and considering what you want and need from your relationships.
The aim is not to tell you what you should do or whether a relationship should continue. Instead, therapy can help you understand yourself and your relationships more clearly, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
I offer relationship therapy in East Grinstead, Hove and London, as well as online.
