Therapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together. Sessions are guided by your needs and goals, helping you develop greater understanding, self-awareness, and healthier ways of coping.

 

Individual therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, allowing enough time to explore issues at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed.

Unfortunately I don’t take insurance at the moment.

 

Most clients attend therapy weekly, particularly at the beginning, although sessions can also be arranged fortnightly depending on your needs, availability, and therapeutic goals.

 

Everything discussed in therapy is treated with confidentiality and respect. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions relating to safety, which will always be explained clearly during our first session.

Therapy sessions are £65 per hour. I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces for those experiencing financial hardship, which can be discussed during your initial enquiry.

 
 

 

A good therapeutic relationship is important. The initial session gives you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and get a sense of whether you feel comfortable, understood, and supported working together.

The number of sessions varies for each person and depends on your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper ongoing work.

 

I have a clinic on Thursday afternoons in East Grinstead. I also offer online sessions.
